- Broker Credentials: Rupeezy mobile, PIN, and TOTP secret (encrypted at rest).
- Trading Data: Orders placed, positions, P&L, and deployment history.
- Usage Data: Login times, pages visited, and feature usage.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you with your broker and execute trades.
- To display your portfolio, orders, and P&L.
- To send notifications about trade executions and system alerts.
- To improve Platform performance and user experience.
3. Data Security
- Broker credentials are encrypted using AES-128-CBC (Fernet) before storage.
- Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (one-way, irreversible).
- All API communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- Access tokens expire daily at 3:00 AM and are regenerated fresh each morning.
- Server is secured with firewall, fail2ban, and restricted SSH access.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to any third parties. Your broker credentials are only used to communicate with Rupeezy APIs on your behalf.
5. Data Retention
- Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
- Trading logs are retained for 90 days.
- Broker tokens are regenerated daily and old tokens are discarded.
- Upon account deletion, all data is permanently erased.
6. Your Rights
- Request access to your personal data.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Update or correct your information via the dashboard.
- Disconnect your broker at any time by re-configuring credentials.
