Affiliate Terms

These Affiliate Terms ("Affiliate Terms") are an agreement between you ("Partner", "you") and PIIP ("PIIP", "we", "us"). You can take part only after we approve you in writing. Approval is at our discretion, and we may refuse or end it at any time. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to you.

To join you must be an individual aged 18 or over or a business registered in India, and you must give us accurate contact details, your PAN and bank details for payouts.

• We give you one or more unique links (for example algomart.net/r/YOURCODE). People who use your link see the PIIP sign-up page and then open their trading account with Rupeezy.
• Use your links as given. Do not change them, hide where they lead, or send people to them through redirects, pop-ups or deceptive buttons.
• Referral codes belong to PIIP. We may change or disable a code, and will tell you if we do.

• A referral counts when a person opens a Rupeezy account through your link and we create their PIIP account with your referral code recorded.
• Each person is credited to one partner only: the code recorded when their PIIP account is created.
• Referring yourself, your own existing accounts, existing PIIP users, or fake or duplicate accounts does not count.
• Our records of clicks, sign-ups and accounts are final, unless they contain an obvious error that you tell us about within 30 days.

• Commission is paid only under a written commission schedule agreed with you by email or agreement. No commission is due until such a schedule exists.
• We may change the schedule with 30 days' written notice. Changes do not affect commission already earned.
• Payouts are made monthly by bank transfer, after we verify the referrals for that month.
• We deduct tax at source (TDS) as required under the Income-tax Act. If you are registered for GST, you must give us a valid GST invoice. You are responsible for your own taxes.
• We may withhold or recover commission for referrals obtained by breaking these Affiliate Terms, or through fraud.

PIIP accounts are opened with Rupeezy, a SEBI-registered stock broker. SEBI rules prohibit brokers and their agents from associating with anyone who gives investment advice or makes claims about returns or performance without SEBI registration. So, when promoting PIIP, you must not:

• promise, suggest or show returns or profits, for example "guaranteed profit", "risk-free", "₹X per day", "X% a month", P&L screenshots, or past or back-tested results;
• give buy or sell recommendations, trading tips or calls, or tell anyone which strategy to use, unless you are registered with SEBI for that activity;
• make false or exaggerated claims about PIIP's speed, costs, safety or features, or say that PIIP or a strategy is approved or endorsed by SEBI, NSE or BSE;
• pretend to be PIIP, Rupeezy, SEBI or an exchange, or use our names or logos except as we provide them;
• send unsolicited bulk SMS, calls or WhatsApp messages, or otherwise break TRAI's rules on commercial communications;
• offer cash-back or any other incentive to sign up, unless we approve it in writing;
• ask anyone for their passwords, PINs, OTPs or authenticator codes, open accounts on their behalf, or handle their money.

You must:

• clearly state that you earn a commission from PIIP (for example "#ad" or "I earn a commission if you sign up"), following the ASCI guidelines for influencer advertising;
• include this line wherever you promote PIIP: "Trading in Futures & Options involves substantial risk of loss. PIIP does not provide investment advice.";
• send us any promotional material if we ask for it, and remove anything we ask you to remove within 24 hours.

• Your partner dashboard shows, for people you referred: their name, a masked mobile number, when they joined, the strategies they deploy, their trades and their profit/loss, plus click and sign-up counts.
• This information is confidential. Use it only to support people you referred, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Do not copy, export, publish, sell or share it, and do not use it to market anything else to them.
• Never publish or share a referred person's results.
• Tell us within 24 hours at support@algomart.net if you believe this data has been seen by someone who should not see it.
• When your partnership ends, stop using and delete any copies of this data.

Your partner dashboard login is personal to you. Keep your password private and do not share access. You are responsible for anything done through your login.

You are an independent partner, not an employee, agent or representative of PIIP or Rupeezy. You cannot make promises, accept terms or give advice on our behalf.

• Either of us can end the partnership at any time with 15 days' written notice.
• We can end it immediately if you break section 5 or 6, act fraudulently, or harm PIIP's or Rupeezy's reputation.
• When it ends, your links stop earning commission. We pay commission already earned on valid referrals, except where it is withheld under section 4.

Our total liability to you under these Affiliate Terms is limited to the commission due to you for the three months before the claim. You agree to compensate PIIP for losses, penalties and claims, including regulatory action, caused by your promotion of PIIP or your breach of these Affiliate Terms or the law.

We may update these Affiliate Terms with 15 days' notice by email. Continuing to promote PIIP after that means you accept the change. These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
